I have two cats, and my cats have 2 water fountains. I have replaced one of them with this. One of my cats loves to jump in the bathtub and try to drink out of the faucet. They both enjoy using their current fountains, but I think that she'll really like this one. I already appreciate it. The fountain was well protected in the box, and all parts were present and secure. Assembly was quick and easy (after a quick wash, of course) and the included instruction booklet was useful and informative. Two different spouts are included. I went with the "spigot" option but there's also an "owl" (looks like a cat to me) that will create a lower, gentler, waterfall effect. Once the filter was allowed to soak for the recommended 5 minutes, it and the sponge are placed in a compartment on the bottom of the drinking tray. They will be very easy to replace when the time comes, or to rinse between changes. The fountain comes with three extra sets of filters and sponges, and a quick search on Amazon yielded at least two inexpensive options to purchase more. Everything, including the pump motor, is easily disassembled so that all parts can be thoroughly cleaned when changing the filters. The pump is connected to the included USB power adapter by a 4 foot cord which exits, out of the way, through the back of the drinking tray. I filled the large reservoir with a measured amount of water so that I can track how often my cats are using it. They love drinking clean, flowing water, and this fountain will effectively supply it. They have both already checked it out, and it has definitely met with their approval. We are all very pleased.

Cat approved, which is really what matters most here. Our cat is one of those cats that pretty much demands moving water at this point, so a fountain is less of a luxury and more of a necessity. We��ve tried a few styles and this one has honestly been one of the better ones. What I like most is the stainless steel design. It feels cleaner, easier to maintain, and just more sanitary long term than a lot of the all-plastic fountains out there. It��s also easy to take apart and clean, which is a huge deal because if a pet fountain is annoying to maintain, you��re going to hate owning it pretty fast. The large water capacity is another big plus. Not having to constantly refill it is nice, especially if you have more than one pet or just don��t want to babysit it all the time. It also comes with extra filters, which is always appreciated and makes it feel like a more complete setup out of the box. One thing I actually liked that a lot of people may overlook is that it includes an extender so the pump can sit lower toward the bottom. That may sound minor, but it helps with one of the common issues these fountains have where the pump starts struggling once the water level drops too much. I still think the best long-term design would be a true bottom pump setup, but I do appreciate that they at least tried to improve on a common weak spot. If I could change one thing, I��d probably raise the overall height a few inches. For my cat it still works fine, and for cats and small dogs it��s definitely usable, but I do think just a little more height would make it even better ergonomically. Still, the important part is my cat loves it, drinks from it regularly, and I��m happy with how easy it is to keep clean and running. That alone puts it ahead of a lot of similar fountains.

Our little buddy Basil is a big fan of this water fountain. Before this one, we had a plastic option that was separate from the base and he would knock it over all the time when it was getting low on water. Since getting this one, we don't have to worry about him knocking it over since the base is flat. Super easy to put all the piece together and wash parts in between use. The capacity it great and the overall design is lightweight when not filled with the 4L of water. Stainless steel feels high quality and feels the same as the others we use for the rest of the family. My favorite feature is the little blue light inside the water fountain so you can visually see the level of the water inside! Not only do the humans love this one, but our cat highly recommends this style of fountain. Pet approved! ?

I got this water fountain for my cats because I thought it would help them drink more water. This water fountain was very simple to assemble and holds a large quantity of water. The fountain ran well on the first try, and I have had no issues with it since, even after several weeks of use. Both my 60-pound husky and my 3 cats love drinking from it! In all honesty, this is the most water I've ever seen any of them drink! The fountain is easy to refill and clean, unlike the plastic water fountains I've had in the past. I think the stainless steel makes a big difference! I only have to refill it about once or twice a week, and I know the water stays fresh for my pets. I highly recommend!

I am a pet caregiver and I like using stainless water fountains for when I am cat sitting. I use the fountain as a way to entice my kitty cats to drink more fluids while their humans are away. They love it! This is a nice LARGE fountain and runs quiet. I would recommend purchasing a straw brush for cleaning the spout if you do not already have one. The price for this fountain is great for the size!!

This cat water fountain works well overall, but it does take a little patience to get started. It was somewhat tricky to assemble, and we had to fiddle with it a bit before getting the water to flow properly. Once everything was set up, though, our cats absolutely loved it and were much more interested in drinking. Hopefully, this keeps them out of the toilet, haha!

If you've used other cat water fountains, you'll be familiar with the process here. The setup was quick and includes a few extra filters. It begins to run immediately and requires AC power (which, even though it's USB, is provided. Nice!!). One of our cats puts her head sideways like a teenager and drinks from the spout. Another cat drinks normally but will often slap the water for, I don't know, looking at her funny. I have caught her with two (and once, three) paws in the water. I don't know what cats do all day, but that's above my pay grade. The filter runs quietly and without issue - I don't have the tools to test purity, etc., but I can say that cats prefer running water and will drink it more often when using a fountain like this one. Five stars!
